What kinds of clips and headbands do you use?

Rest assured, we use only authentic findings from trusted sources. No cheap imitations..
Our hardware:

  1. Metal headbands;
  2. High quality plastic headbands with teeth;
  3. French clips "Made in France" for the larger bows;
  4. Alligator clips for the smaller bows.

Can I choose the hardware for my bow?

Yes you can! If you see an option of clip or headband at the product you are purchasing,, you can choose the one you prefer. For custom order, please contact us via email and we will be pleased to accommodate you if possible.

Can I purchase a color hair accessory that I see in the drop box, even though there is no picture of it?

Some of our colors cannot be viewed on the website but are available for purchase. You will be told upon checkout whether or not the item can be ordered. If an item is out of stock, this will be indicated as you are placing your order on the website. If you still wish to order the selected item, you can place a backorder, which we will fill as soon as we have more of the item in stock.

Are all Pin Pretty items available online?

No, some of our products are store-exclusive, and can only be purchased in some boutiques. Please refer to our store locater to locate a boutique near you.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. If you would like to arrange alternate payment please contact us.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we will consider proposals for custom designs. If we take on the project your item(s) will be subject to a custom design fee which is dependent on the scope of the project, materials required etc.

Can I return an item?

Pin Pretty gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 7 days of the date you received your order. Prior authorization must be obtained via phone or our online site, and item must be shipped back immediately upon approval. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

My item arrived broken, what do I do?

If your item arrived damaged, you can contact us for a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Pin Pretty makes every effort to ship your product out the door in a timely fashion. We strive to ship your product 2-3 business days after receipt of order but times may vary.

All orders placed after 2PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. Busy times like the Holiday seasons can delay the process. Be sure to order early if you need that special bow for the celebrations! In an emergency, you may contact us, and we will try our best to accommodate your timing.

We'll notify you via email when your order has shipped. From your ship date, UPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 days for delivery and USPS 1st Class mail or UPS Ground takes 5-7 days for delivery. To inquire about special shipping arrangements, please contact us. We have have a flat shipping rate of $5.00 on any order. Order over $75.00 qualify for free shipping!
